Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. Cancel any time

Avelx AI is a monthly subscription with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel whenever you like from Billing → Manage subscription inside the app (this opens the Stripe customer portal), or by emailing support@avelxai.com from your account email.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then does not renew. You keep full access until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless the law requires one or section 4 applies.

3. What happens to your campaigns

When your subscription ends, Avelx stops managing and optimising your campaigns. Any campaigns running in your Meta ad account belong to you: they will keep running (and spending) under your own Meta settings unless you pause them. We will remind you of this when you cancel, and pausing before your end date takes one click inside Avelx.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from your Avelx subscription — cancelling Avelx does not cancel any amounts Meta bills you for advertising already delivered.

4. 14-day cooling-off period

If you subscribed as a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a refund. If you used the service during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Email support@avelxai.com within the 14 days to exercise this right.

5. Your data after cancellation

We keep your account, brand memory, and campaign history for 12 months after cancellation so you can pick up where you left off if you return, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page.

6. Cancellations by us

If we ever discontinue Avelx or must close your account other than for a breach of the Terms of Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused portion of your current billing period.
