Data Deletion

To delete your Avelx AI data, email support@avelxai.comwith "Delete my data" in the subject line, from the email address used for your Avelx account. Include your business name so we can verify the account.

We delete your account, business profiles, website scans, brand memory, assistant messages, connector records, Meta access tokens, and campaign records. Billing records are retained for 6 years where UK tax law requires it. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

To revoke Avelx's access to your Meta assets straight away, remove Avelx AI from Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. This invalidates our access token immediately, independent of the deletion request.
